FAQs became popular in information technology, especially on the Internet, where many Usenet newsgroups created a FAQ collection to relieve the burden on forums. Because the FAQ principle has proven itself, we have decided to include it at Coffee-Bike.
Delivery
How much are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs include all costs associated with associated with shipping. These are not included in the product price, but are listed separately in the invoice.

How long does it take for my package to arrive?
Parcel shipping:
The standard delivery time for packages is 4-5 working days.
If you need something urgently, you can optionally book an express service.
Express orders are always prioritized.
Please note the following for express orders:
Orders received by 12 noon (Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays and company holidays of Coffee-Bike GmbH), shipping will be done on the same day by the desired variant.

Printed items, uniforms and all items that are specifically have a longer delivery time than items that are are in stock. The delivery time here is 10-12 days.
Pallet shipping:
When ordering more than 6 items from category B (e.g. cups), these are shipped by pallet. The standard delivery time changes and will then take 10-12 working days.

How can I order by express?
To order by Express, please select in the checkout process select “Express” under “Shipping”. The amount will then automatically be added to your order added and you can proceed with payment.

My package arrived damaged
When accepting a damaged delivery, there are a few steps to follow. You can find them here:
1. Write a ticket to "Supply Chain" .
2. The ticket must contain the following information:
- Recognizable photo of the delivery note
- Specific information about which products are damaged
- A recognizable image of the damaged product

Items are missing from my delivery or the wrong item was delivered to me
In case of a faulty delivery, please proceed as follows
